05 Days and 04 Nights

Day 01: Medan - Parapat (L, D)
On Arrival at Polonia Airport Medan, you will be greeted warmly by our tour guides. You will then be transferred to a local restaurant/ hotel for lunch. After lunch, we will depart to North Sumatra's tourist city of Parapat via Pemantang Siantar. On the way, you will be entertained with views of Sumatra's famous plantations such as rubber, palm oil and cocoa. In Pemantang Siantar, we will stop at Paten, a local shop with variety of snacks and Medan's famous local food. Overnight in Parapat, why not discover the glittering night life of the city and buy some beautiful ethnic souvenirs of the Bataknese people.

Day 02: Parapat- Samosir Island- Berastagi (B, L, D)
Full breakfast will be served at the hotel. Next, we will cruise Lake Toba with Parapat's traditional ferry to visit an old Bataknese village of Tomok in the island of Samosir. There, we can witness the old stone grave of the great Bataknese King Sidabutar and do some souvenirs shopping. After that, we will cruise to another island of Ambarita to see primitive stone chairs used by Batak Kings to rule Toba, some hundreds of years ago.

We then return to Parapat for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, our journey will continue to another tourist city of Berastagi, where untouchable landscapes of city, are the main attractions. On our way there, we will stop at Simarjanunjung Hill to enjoy some of such greenish scenery. You can also take pleasure in Simalungun's famous ginger tea (at owns account). Moreover, we will stop at Sipiso- Piso, an extraordinary waterfall in Karo's Kabanjahe area to see an extraordinary view of Lake Toba on a different angle. Finally, arrived at Berastagi, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Berastagi- Medan (B, L, D)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Our morning sightseeing tour includes visiting Gundailing Hill to see two active volcanoes of Mountain Sibayak and Moutain Sinabung from a distance. We will continue to visit Berastagi well known fruit market. Then, we will continue our trip to Medan via Sibolangit, an international camp area for scouts from all over the world.

Leaving our beautiful Berastagi, we head across the high plains of Kabanjahe to North Sumatra's capital, Medan. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Our sightseeing tour in Medan includes Maimoon Palace, built by Sultan deli in 1888, the Grand Mosque, a Chinese Temple, Souvenir shops and Plaza Supermarkets. Check in at hotel for dinner.

Day 04: Medan Shopping (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel to start our full day of shopping madness. Our tour guide will bring you to some of the biggest and famous shopping centers in Medan to satisfy your hunger of shopping for one whole day. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant on midday. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight in Medan.

Day 05: Medan Airport (B)
Breakfast at the hotel, a morning at your leisure until you are transferred to Polonia Airport for your next destination. If you have extra time, why not relax and take a swim at Danau Toba Hotel's famous "Caribbean" style swimming pool or do some extra shopping nearby? But don't forget your flights schedules…. That is the end of memorable tour, we hope to see you again in near future. JP
